Laser Alignment Measurment

SSE-Van Der Horst Indonesia uses Laser Alignment techniques to analyze, verify and rectify the alignment state of assembled components in mechanical rotating equipments.

Crankshafts, camshafts, engine blocks, ship’s propulsion shafts, train engines and others requiring entire alignment of circular geometries of parts of an  assembly are examples of where laser alignment application will provide a quick and accurate measurement of their alignment states for owners to take decisive actions.

Proper alignment of the motor shaft with the equipment it will operate is critical to ensuring long motor life. If the alignment between the two is not precise, the result can be broken couplings, worn bearings, excess vibration, noisy operation and ultimately– shorter service life of the motor.
