Blow Out Preventer

Complete servicing and reconditioning of all makes and types of Ram and Annular / Spherical BOP’s which include:

  • Complete dismantling, grit blasting and inspection, including 100% MPI.
  • Rebuilding and machining to size of worn areas, by welding and stress relieving, electrolytic  chrome plating, metal spraying.
  • Reassembling and followed by functional and hydrostatic tests, including simulated well bore pressure test, up to 15,000 psi.

Choke Manifold

Complete servicing and reconditioning of all makes and types of Ram and Annular / Spherical BOP’s which include:

  • Complete dismantling, grit blasting and inspection, including 100% MPI.

Pulsation Dampener

Complete dismantle, magnetic particle inspection (MPI) , hardness test, repair and changes of diaphragm, charge with nitrogen (N2) and pressure test.

Repair includes : Pre-machine, welding, stress relieve and final machining

 BOP Control Unit

Complete dismantle. All accumulator bottles and manifolds to blast for magnetic particle inspection (MPI), hardness test, wall thickness check, change bladder, charge with nitrogen (N2) and pressure test.
Reassemble with all necessary parts, calibrate the pressure gauges, adjust automatic switch and test the whole system to ensure it hold pressure.
