SALES MANAGER

Requirements :

• Active English (Oral and Written)
• Age 35 – 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience as Sales Manager (5 years)
• Have experience in related industries (industrial)
• Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have multi-tasking skills, critical thinking and strong data analysis skills
• Have high integrity, honesty, discipline and high commitment to work
• Have an A&C driver’s license
• Willing to take a business trip out of town or out of the island

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and be responsible for the performance of the Sales Division
• Make and execute sales forecasts that have been set by the Company and ensure the achievement of the plan
• Expand the market penetration area in the market and increase sales figures
• Identify, analyze and provide solutions to every problem that occurs in the field to maintain and improve the Company’s performance
• Ensure that the entire team works effectively and efficiently by conducting periodic evaluations, as well as improving the quality of human resources through coaching and training
