SALES MANAGER

Requirements :

• • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing/fabrication industries.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing factory/manufacturing operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing/fabrication processes, production planning, quality control, maintenance, and operational management.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Good understanding of HSE/K3, quality management systems, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Willing to be based at the factory location and travel as required.
